In addition to his administrative and teaching roles, Dean Andrews specializes in facilitating small group and one on one discipleship ministry opportunities that encourage and challenge people to take their faith to a deeper level. He has several years of experience in pastoral ministry, campus ministry, and facilitating retreats geared toward faith formation in youth, college students, and young adults. He is passionate about spiritual formation, mentoring, discipleship, and helping folks of all ages with faith formation.
