This past Saturday, May 13, 2017, we celebrated the 159th graduating class of Sioux Falls Seminary. What an exciting time! We came together to mark the culmination of each student’s journey and to rejoice in the new season of life into which they are entering.
Our focus on what it means to be “fully alive” and to embrace our individual roles in God’s mission seems fitting. Each of our graduates has been uniquely equipped to participate in God’s ongoing work. Whether pastors, counselors, spiritual directors, fighter pilots, business leaders, life coaches, or something else, our 2017 graduates are using “whatever gift [they] have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” (1 Peter 4:10).
Sioux Falls Seminary is humbled to help our students and graduates live into the unique roles to which God has called them and to teach them how to equip and serve others. This year’s graduates are ready to take the next step in their walks with Christ and to build the body of Christ as they participate in the kingdom mission. Congratulations to the Class of 2017!
