In Trust Center for Theological Schools recently released a six-part recorded series that was facilitated by President Greg Henson.
Through the series, leaders from across theological education shared real stories and practical insights from their own journeys of innovation. While each session in the series is unique, the topic of “practicing innovation” is weaved through each of the conversations. Participating leaders offered perspectives and ideas for others to consider in their own work and journeys.
The fourth recorded session featured Tammy Dunahoo, executive dean at Portland Seminary.
As In Trust shared about this video in the series, “Dr. Tammy Dunahoo, executive dean at Portland Seminary, draws on decades of leadership — as pastor, denominational executive, and educator — to reflect on what it means for both people and organizations to grow holistically. She examines how innovation isn’t just about new ideas or programs, but about how we live, lead, and cultivate environments where others can thrive.”
