In Trust Series: Practicing Collaboration, Pt. 7 – A Collaborative Vision for Global Theological Education

August 24, 2026

The In Trust Center for Theological Schools recently released a ten-part recorded series that was facilitated by Kairos President Greg Henson.

Through this series, leaders from across theological education explore the topic of Practicing Collaboration, reflecting on their experiences and sharing insights gained through their work. Each interview explores a unique aspect of collaboration in practice, offering thoughtful reflections, practical insights, and ideas that encourage others to pursue meaningful collaboration in their own contexts.

The seventh recorded session featured Jo de-Blois, Chief Global Engagement Officer, and Adriaan Neele, President of Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary.

As In Trust shared about this video in the series, “In this conversation, Dr. Jo de-Blois, chief global engagement officer, and Dr. Adriaan Neele, president of Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, discuss their work in building a global network of theological schools. They explain how the collaboration is structured, how partnerships are designed to foster local agency, and why decentralization and relational trust are critical to sustaining global collaboration. The conversation also explores how they understand power within international partnerships and offers practical insights for institutions considering collaborative ventures of their own.”
