Tanya Gericke serves as Director of Undergraduate Formation at Kairos University. She holds a Doctor of Ministry and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Kairos University, an After Degree in Education from The King’s University, and a Bachelor of Design from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Tanya spent eleven years serving as a North American Baptist Field Director and Missionary in Romania, where she pioneered a youth and young adult ministry and partnered in establishing Camp Falcon Rock, a retreat center focused on discipleship and leadership development.
