Dr. Gary C. Bailey is president of Biblical Life Institute, a Kairos legacy partner school. He has a background in teaching Old Testament courses, the Wesleyan Experience, and biblical languages. Before becoming president and later joining Kairos, Dr. Bailey served in pastoral and church ministries for 24 years.

​In addition to teaching, his interests include cooking and eating, strategy board games, playing guitar, running Spartan races, and contemplative spirituality.

​He has been married for 27 years and has four children, a dog, and a cat.
