Jody Fleming holds a PhD in Theological Studies from Regent University with a concentration in Global Christianity and Mission. Her Master of Divinity was completed at Evangelical Theological Seminary concentrated in Biblical Studies and Teaching Ministries. Jody held positions in corporate, hospice, and hospital chaplaincy and served on pastoral staff and as a Senior Pastor. During that time, she was ordained as an elder and endorsed chaplain with the Church of the Nazarene. She is currently an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church and is actively involved in a local congregation. She has published articles and book chapters as well as her doctoral dissertation in book form. She has been with Kairos University and previously with Evangelical Seminary for almost ten years’ experience teaching in higher education.
