Shanda Stricherz has nearly 25 years of experience in the field of theological education. Among her areas of expertise are strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, high-level project management, communications, and student services. She is one of the key leaders in the transformation that happened at Kairos University through the Kairos Project. Shanda is passionate about shaping the future of theological education and sharing the story of how God is working in and through Kairos. She loves being part of an innovative team and helping create systems and programs that foster transformation in the lives of students and help other schools think differently about their work.
