In Trust Center for Theological Schools recently released a six-part recorded series that was facilitated by President Greg Henson.
Through the series, leaders from across theological education shared real stories and practical insights from their own journeys of innovation. While each session in the series is unique, the topic of “practicing innovation” is weaved through each of the conversations. Participating leaders offered perspectives and ideas for others to consider in their own work and journeys.
The fifth recorded session featured Jeff Carter, president at Bethany Theological Seminary.
As In Trust shared about this video in the series, “Dr. Jeff Carter, president of Bethany Theological Seminary, reflects on innovation as a long-term journey. Rather than seeking quick solutions, he emphasizes the importance of building trust, sustaining commitment to mission, practicing patient leadership, and adapting through ongoing iteration—all essential to forming institutions that remain faithful to their purpose over time.”
